Outdoor Wedding Fun!

Today was my first outdoor wedding for the season. I heard that the forecast planned for huge thunderstorms about an hour after the ceremony was scheduled to start. We ended up without a cloud in the blue sky for the ceremony and the portraits afterwards. It made for a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. We shot at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Minneapolis.

Fun Engagement Pictures

I can probably count on one hand the number of engagement sessions that I have done, but I think they are my favorite things to shoot. I can have so much fun and pretty much have no limitations (as long as the couple is willing to have some fun too)! Check out these cool locations in downtown Minneapolis!


Kenny is a fellow cadet in the AFROTC program and the University of Minnesota and a good friend of my husbands. So good that my husband will be in the wedding party while I get to enjoy to privilege of shooting the wedding. Kenny is graduating shortly and will commission as on officer in the Air Force and move to Mississippi in November. It will be a short engagement with a wedding planned for August! I am very excited for Ken and Celia and I had tons of fun today taking their pictures. Thanks for my hubby for coming along!!

Mommies

I did a fun maternity session last night with my good friends Cameron and Kristine. They are a couple I go to church with. It took Kristine a little convincing, but she was very happy she did it when we were done. Here are a few of my favorites that I had time to post. I also shot a wedding last weekend with Bellagala, but I can't post those online. I won't have another wedding post until the end of May.

I LOVE what I DO!

I just got done editing some images to post from the wedding today. Lets say I am sad for this one to be over. I loved this couple, and it is hard to think that once the wedding is done, you probably won't see them again. They are two of the sweetest people and they poured so much emotion and love into their wedding. This is why I LOVE to do what I do!! I was so blessed to get such an awesome couple to capture their day. Enjoy!

This wedding was held in Saint Augusta just near Saint Cloud and the reception was at the Gorecki Conference Center at the College of Saint Benedict.

Weddings and Wedding Fair

I have another wedding on Saturday in Saint Cloud! I think it is probably going to one of the most fun this year! My sister will also be at my booth on Saturday at Northtown Mall for their wedding fair. I will be at the booth on Sunday so you can come stop by and say hi. First Wedding of the Season

Here is the first wedding of the season! Anne-Marie and Reid came back from California to have their wedding. There were people from all over the world! They had tons of energy and were a really fun couple to shoot! They are great dancers and they had a fun surprise for their guests! I hope you enjoy the first of many to come this year! The ceremony was held at the Columbia Park Golf Club and the reception was at the historical Jax Cafe of Minneapolis! Amanda did a great job coordinating for 2 have and 2 hold.

Wedding Season

I am so excited for wedding season to get started. The first one is this weekend! It is at Columbia Park Golf Club and the historic Jax Cafe. I will post pictures as soon as I can. My husband Matt also comes home tomorrow. He has been gone since Monday last week and he come home only for one night then flew to Chicago. Get ready for a fun season!
